Peru amazonia - As soon as you arrive at Cayman logde amazonia in the Madre de Dios region which is 2 ½ hours by boat from Puerto Maldonado, you will be met in your lodges. Then you will go into the jungle on the banks of the Tambopata river to look for caymans.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE TO THE LODGE.

After your arriving to Puerto Maldonado (Capital of Biodiversity in the world), you are met at the airport and transfered to the main port.
The boat trip on the Tambopata river will last approximately two hours. Lunch on board. For your arrival to Cayman lodge amazonia a cocktail of welcome will be served.
Brief orientation of the lodges and accomodations.
In the afternoon, night excursion to see noctural animals and hearing the jungle sounds in the rainforest.

FULL DAY TRIP TO SACHAVACAYOC LAKE.

After an early breakfast, jungle hiking to Sachavacayoc lake for two hours and half to see medicinal plants and 5 species of monkeys. Explore this oxbow lake by canoe to see a lot of birds, parrots, macaws, giant otters, wildboars and another mammals.

Boat ride on lake Condenado. Breakfast very early in the morning, followed by a boat ride lasting 25 minutes on the Tambopata river, then a long 45 minute walk through the jungle going towards lake Condenado. You will explore this magnificent lake to observe the birds and it surroundings full of animal life, in particular aras, otters, black caymans and monkeys.
Back to the lodges for lunch. You will go swimming in the Gato river in the afternoon where you will be able to take some wonderful photos, then you will spend the night in the lodges.

Breakfast early in the morning and then trip back to Puerto Maldonado. The guide will take care of getting you to the airport and departure formalities.
